The ITS Team, led by Terry Pettry, has extensive knowledge of the bodyshop and insurance industries. Terry is a former insurance professional who specialized in appraisals and claims adjusting. He also has indepth knowledge of and experience in the auto repair industry.
Our background and experience in the insurance and auto repair industry helps us understand the needs of insurers better than our competitors. We take great pride in providing the most thorough, accurate and timely appraisals possible for our clients.
Our state-of-the-art dispatching system allows our field appraisers to receive their assignments within minutes after the insurance company assigns a claim. A specific date and time are then scheduled to meet the claimant ensuring a 24 to 48 hour time cycle for the insurance company.
